Job summary

Ski Utah is seeking a Rental Technician to provide excellent guest service by fitting and preparing ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable mountain experience. You will use strong knowledge of skiing to tailor equipment and offer helpful guidance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fit boots, skis, snowboards and poles to meet guest needs.
• Remain current on new industry products and trends.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest ability.
• Maintain accurate inventory of rental fleet.
• Assist with tracking equipment and inventory regularly.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Rental Technician you will provideexcellent guest service by fitting and preparing ski and snowboard equipment while ensuring guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience on the mountain.
