You will handle demolition through finish carpentry, uphold our quality standards, and promote a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential remodel carpentry.
• Proven expertise in high-end finish carpentry.
• Strong understanding of general remodel techniques and processes.
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record.
• Ability to bring personal tools (e.g., cordless drills, nail bags, hand tools).
• Comfortable using email, text, and phone for communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the SJD Supervisor in delivering carpentry work on site.
• From demolition to high-end finish carpentry, ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Assist in managing crew members, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with the Supervisor, team, and clients.
• Protect client property and ensure proper site containment.
• Conduct material inspections and assist with take-offs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and encourage sustainability practices.
