The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential remodeling experience, strong rough and finish carpentry skills, and a reliable, detail-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling.
• High level of rough and finish carpentry skills.
• Must maintain safe, clean job site and reliable transportation.
• Must have valid driver's license and own general tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the job site Supervisor with day-to-day operations.
• Perform hands-on carpentry in all phases of a project.
• Read architectural drawings and uphold quality control standards.
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate with subs.
• Ensure safety and proper housekeeping on site.
