Model Remodel in Seattle is seeking a skilled Small Jobs Division Technician (Carpenter) to serve as second-in-command on job sites, supporting the SJD Supervisor with demolition through high-end finish carpentry while upholding our quality standards and professional environment.

Candidates must have 5+ years in residential remodel carpentry, proven finish carpentry expertise, reliable transportation, and the ability to bring personal tools such as cordless drills and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in residential remodel carpentry.
• Expertise in high-end finish carpentry.
• Solid knowledge of general remodel techniques.
• Reliable transportation with a good driving record.
• Ability to bring personal tools and use them daily.
• Proficient with email, text, and phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the SJD Supervisor on site and assist with carpentry work.
• Perform demolition, deconstruction, and site prep.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites.
• Assist with crew management and project scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, team, and clients.
• Ensure proper site containment and protect client property.
• Assist with material inspections and take-offs.
• Follow safety protocols and promote sustainability.
