Job summary

Spyglass Home Builders LLC is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team for long-term residential remodeling and custom home building projects around Seattle and the Eastside. You will contribute to all phases of rough and finish carpentry, read blueprints, and work with small crews with a focus on high-quality workmanship.

We offer competitive pay, a health insurance plan, two weeks of vacation after one year, a profit-sharing plan, and a $250 quarterly tool allowance.

Growing general contractor specializing in high end residential remodeling and custom home building around Seattle and the Eastside seeking skilled Carpenter to join our team. This is a long-term, stable position with a family owned company where we believe in work/life balance and treating our clients and employees with respect. Applicant must possess the following attributes—

• A full complement of tools
• Valid WDL and reliable truck
• Prefer a minimum of 5 years of remodel experience
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work in Drug and Tobacco free job sites

Our competitive compensation package includes $25-$35 hr starting pay depending on experience, company health insurance plan, 2 weeks vacation after one year, profit sharing plan and $250 per quarter tool allowance.
