Job summary

Conagra Brands in Troy, OH is seeking a production team member on the 3:00 PM-1:00 AM shift. The role offers an hourly rate of $22.29 with a $1.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities include complying with GMPs and USDA guidelines, completing daily paperwork, and participating in CPS activities to uphold safety, quality and 5S standards. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing and sustaining training documentation for all team members.
• Support CPS activities including Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, and team participation.
• Perform SAP documentation tasks as required.
• Monitor and sustain cutting speed to support continuous equipment operation downstream.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead.

Shift: 3:00 PM-1:00 AM Hourly Rate: $22.29 an hour + $1.50 shift differential Safety is the #1 responsibility Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members. Assist/support in other Cells as directed. Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team participation, CSD, etc. Utilizing established techniques for combing, trolley movement, rod handling. Monitor and sustain the speed of cutting to support continuous equipment operation downstream.
