Job summary

Conagra Brands in Troy, Ohio is hiring for a production role on the 5:30 AM to 3:15 PM shift. The position offers an hourly rate of $22.29 and requires adherence to GMP and USDA guidelines, with safety as a top priority.

You will complete daily quality paperwork, participate in training documentation, support multiple cells, and assist with CPS activities such as safety, quality, and equipment ownership. Overtime and weekend work is required as needed.

• Participate in development and sustaining training documentation for all team members.
• Assist/support in other cells as directed.
• Support CPS activities including safety, quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team participation, CSD.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing established techniques for combing, trolley movement, rod handling.
• Monitor and sustain the speed of cutting to support continuous equipment operation downstream.
• SAP documentation.
• Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead
