Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Associate for the Syrup, Sauce and Dressing departments in Saint Elmo, Illinois. The role runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with an hourly rate of $20.58, reporting to the Team Leader.

You will support production operations and operate processing equipment, while maintaining accurate production records. You will ensure proper material handling, perform changeovers, and help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of machine troubleshooting experience.
• Experience reading, writing, and maintaining accurate and legible production documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency to support job-related documentation and data entry.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies related to safety, quality, food safety, and productivity.
• Monitor and operate assigned processing and packaging equipment.
• Complete required checks, documentation, and data entry accurately and legibly.
• Supply production lines with raw materials, cartons, bottles, ingredients, and other operating supplies.
• Ensure proper first in, first out rotation of materials.
• Perform equipment changeovers.
• Complete all responsibilities of the assigned position, including trash removal and sanitation activities as requested.
• Work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
