Job summary

Conagra Brands in Troy, OH is hiring for a packaging associate on the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). The role offers an hourly rate of $22.29 plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include operating machinery in Secondary Packaging, adhering to GMP and USDA guidelines, and completing required paperwork daily. Overtime and weekends may be required. We offer health, wealth, growth, and balance benefits to support total well-being.

Job description

Shift & Rate

Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM Hourly Rate: $22.29 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Responsibilities

• Safety is your #1 responsibility
• Know all Job Hazards within the SJ Room
• Operation of all machines used in Secondary Packaging
• Understand different types of product and bar code numbers
• Make adjustments to machine and set correct codes
• Verify the usage of the correct packaging materials for product
• Ability to distinguish good and bad product
• Cool work climate and requires repetitive work with your hands
• Ability to complete paperwork
• Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team participation, CSD, etc.
• Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
• Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
• Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead SAP documentation
