Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Proven experience in leading Six Sigma projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement background.
• Excellent communication and leadership across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Six Sigma improvement projects using DMAIC.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to implement process changes.
• Perform FMEA to address recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean tools to reduce variability and improve performance.
• Analyze data with statistical methods to track KPIs and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training to leaders and teams.
