Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving project work and drive improvements.
• Focus on high warranty or business opportunities with system performance and resolution.
• Apply project management methods to manage independent projects.
• Utilize DMAIC and advanced tools to identify root cause.
• Engage sponsors through gate reviews and progress updates.
• Verify risk and impact to performance, cost, quality, yield, sigma.
• Facilitate team meetings toward resolution.
• Training and coaching; lead training for other problem solvers.
• Design and develop training modules.
• Maintain processes to measure problem solving performance.
