Job summary

Suburban Accessories, the nation’s largest distributor of OEM Ford and Lincoln accessories, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow dealer partnerships across Cincinnati and surrounding markets. You will build strong dealer relationships, implement effective accessory sales processes, provide product training, and deliver ongoing POS support to expand dealer accessory business.

Compensation includes $100k–$130k on-target earnings per year, plus a monthly vehicle and phone allowance and access to

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of account management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with dealership owners and managers to drive profitability from Ford Accessories, Lincoln Accessories and Ford Racing Parts.
• Communicate monthly objectives and develop strategies with Ford Motor Company.
• Travel to dealerships within the territory every month.
• Host training and product knowledge sessions for dealers’ staff.
• Provide territory recaps and update dealers on programs and product offerings.
