Job summary

Suburban Accessories is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive Ford and Lincoln accessories growth across the Buffalo/Rochester, NY market. You will manage dealer relationships, implement sales processes, and deliver ongoing POS support to help partners grow their accessory business.

Salary + Commission + Monthly Vehicle & Phone Allowance; on target earnings of $100k-$130k per year. Access to X-Plan pricing and upfit allowance for personal Ford/Lincoln vehicles are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a Ford/Lincoln vehicle within 30 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Consult with dealership owners and managers to increase profits from Ford/Lincoln Accessories and Racing Parts.
• Travel monthly to dealerships within the territory to execute sales plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet Ford Motor Company targets.
• Provide product training and POS support to dealer staff.
• Coordinate with vendors to support training and product knowledge.
