Job summary

Shoreline Baths is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners during scheduled appointments and drive high-ticket remodeling sales. You will learn each customer’s needs, present customized bathroom solutions, and guide them through materials, colors, and financing options to close the sale.

This is a 100% commission-based role with an earning potential of $125,000+ annually. Company-generated leads and ongoing coaching support help you succeed in a performance-based

Qualifications

• Experience with one-call-close in-home sales is required.
• Ability to build genuine rapport with homeowners and guide conversations toward a decision.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and monthly payments.
• Willingness to follow a proven sales process and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
• Learn customer needs, concerns, goals, and budget.
• Recommend customized tub, shower, and bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Guide selections of products, materials, colors, upgrades, and accessories.
• Explain pricing and financing options clearly and professionally.
• Build trust and help homeowners feel confident in their decision.
• Ask for the sale and handle objections respectfully.
• Meet established sales and performance goals.
• Maintain detailed customer, appointment, and sales data.
• Participate in meetings, training, and coaching.
