Job summary

Shoreline Baths is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to close high-value remodeling projects. This role offers an uncapped commission structure and company-generated homeowner appointments, enabling you to focus on rapport, solutions, and closing deals.

As a proven closer, you will conduct scheduled in-home consultations, discuss financing options, and guide customers from presentation to sale, with evenings and Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales.
• High-ticket sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, HVAC or related sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Identify customer needs, goals, and budget requirements.
• Design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
