Shoreline Baths is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role focuses on scheduling in-home consultations, designing customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and closing high-value projects with a proven sales system.

The position offers uncapped commissions and company-generated appointments, with ongoing training and advancement opportunities. You will work in a one-call-close environment, focusing on rapport-building and presenting financing options.

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales.
• High-ticket sales experience preferred.
• Experience in home improvement, bathroom remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, or related sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable discussing financing and payment options.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available for evening and Saturday appointments as needed.

Responsibilities
