Shoreline Baths is a family-owned bathroom remodeling company seeking a proven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will conduct scheduled in-home consultations, build rapport, present customized remodeling solutions, and close sales with our one-call-close process.

We provide qualified homeowner appointments, ongoing coaching, a strong product portfolio, and an uncapped commission structure with six-figure earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales.
• Experience selling high-ticket remodeling projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Identify customer needs, goals, and budget requirements.
• Design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
• Build trust and credibility throughout the sales process.
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Accurately complete sales agreements and documentation.
• Maintain customer information and follow company procedures.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
