Bring 3–5+ years in in-home flooring sales, a hunter mindset, strong negotiation and relationship skills, plus a valid driver’s license. This full-time role offers base plus uncapped commission, company car, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in in-home/outside flooring sales.
• Must have hunter mentality and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort presenting to clients and speaking with confidence.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What You'll Do

You'll be the face of the customer's flooring project — meeting homeowners in their space, understanding their vision and budget, and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. You'll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience
• A hunter's mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients
• Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive
• Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
