Job summary

EverOn Data Center Services is seeking a Site Training Specialist to develop, facilitate, and supervise training programs across the account. You will organize site training, standardize processes, and drive innovation from existing sites to new site setups.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in a critical engineering role, with proven training experience and familiarity with Learning Management Systems. Some on-site emergency response may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in a Critical Engineering role or related experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise training programs for site personnel.
• Create, track and report on training schedules and progress.
• Maintain the site training database and materials.
• Research curriculum and stay up to date on industry developments.
• Seek feedback from management and staff to improve training.
• Measure retention with assessments and organize drills as required.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure records and standards are met.
