Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Regional Training Engineer to design and deliver hands-on training across the region's hyperscale data centers. You will translate curriculum into on-site instruction, classroom sessions, and on-the-job proficiency, working directly with technicians on the shop floor and in classrooms.

You’ll onboard new hires, certify site staff to MOP/SOP/EOP standards, track certifications in the LMS, and provide field feedback to continuously improve the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in critical facilities, data center operations, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience delivering technical training in operational settings.
• Strong communication and facilitation; ability to train technicians across varying experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional training across sites, classrooms, and on-the-job learning.
• Onboard new hires and certify staff per MOP/SOP/EOP libraries.
• Coordinate training schedules with Site Directors and engineers to minimize disruption.
• Pilot new curriculum, provide field feedback, and adapt materials to site-specific equipment.
• Maintain certification records in the LMS for all sites in the region.
• Own site-level compliance currency (CPR, First Aid, NFPA 70E) and coordinate audits.
