You will partner with client reps and Salute leadership to ensure training aligns with site-specific and contractual requirements, maintaining records, renewals, and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience coordinating training programs in data centers or technical operations.
• Knowledge of data center operations, safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute).
• Experience maintaining certification programs, training records, and compliance reporting systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and coordinate training programs supporting operational readiness and site safety/technical needs.
• Identify skill gaps with leadership to set training priorities.
• Manage onboarding docs and refresher programs for ongoing competency and compliance.
• Align site training with client requirements and safety standards with Salute leadership.
• Coordinate instructor-led, online, and practical training sessions for engagement and retention.
• Oversee certification records, renewals, and audit-ready documentation.
