Job summary

CEC is seeking a Safety Training Manager to lead site safety and deliver in-house certification training on active hyperscale data center construction projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction safety management, including hyperscale data center projects.
• CHST required; CSP strongly preferred.
• Smith System Certified Trainer and IVES Trainer certifications required.
• OSHA 500 Authorized Outreach Trainer for Construction required or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the site Health and Safety Plan and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor safety metrics (TRIR, DART) and drive corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain OSHA records, SDS library, training matrix, and documentation.
• Deliver in-house safety training, including OSHA courses and driver training.
• Mentor Site Safety Coordinators and align safety with construction activities.
• Collaborate with project management and subcontractor safety personnel.
