Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Site Coach to lead operational and employee development across our retail and donated goods facilities. You will deliver comprehensive on-the-job training, coach teams, and align programs with organizational needs.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, learning culture, and adaptability to improve performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with a commitment to continuous development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in retail or production environments is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training sessions for new hires and existing team members focusing on key retail and production operations.
• Provide hands-on coaching to ensure proficiency in tasks and processes.
• Ensure trainees complete required training modules within the designated time frame.
• Collaborate with site leadership to assess training needs and develop tailored action plans.
• Attend and participate in training and development meetings and adapt methodologies to learners' needs.
