Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current staff in retail and production.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to ensure task proficiency.
• Ensure completion of mandated training modules and certifications.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop plans.
• Design, develop, and deliver training curricula and programs.
