Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia Savannah Crossings Location seeks a Site Coach to drive operational and employee development through on-the-job training. You will lead training across retail and donated goods operations, coach staff, and coordinate with leadership to tailor learning programs that boost performance and service levels.

Qualifications
