Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Site Coach to drive training and development across retail and donated goods facilities. You will conduct hands-on onboarding, coaching, and ongoing skill-building to ensure excellent customer service, inventory control, and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with the ability to adapt training to diverse learners and shifting needs, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training sessions for new hires and team members, focusing on retail and production operations.
• Provide hands-on coaching to ensure proficiency in tasks and processes.
• Assess training needs with site leadership and implement tailored solutions.
• Monitor training progress and ensure completion of required modules on time.
• Maintain an inclusive learning environment and support ongoing development.
