Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current staff in retail and production operations.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to ensure task proficiency.
• Assess training needs with site leadership and develop action plans.
• Monitor training progress and measure outcomes against course objectives.
