Job summary

Qualifications

Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ITIL or service-delivery processes.
Experience supporting a large workstation, tablet and smartphone environment with wireless/LAN.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service when handling Infrastructure and Application Incidents, Changes and Services.
Participate in and/or project manage global, regional, or local pilot and roll-out projects.
Manage the workstation compliance dashboard for locations to minimize defects.
Support site-related information and activities in budgets, projects, audits, and vendor management.
Advise IT Management to improve working environment and service perception to increase business productivity.
Manage procurement and deployment of new hardware and software; decommission old assets.
Provide remote or on-site support as needed.
