Epic on Madison campus (WI) seeks a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and run application delivery platforms for internal staff, customers, and global training environments. This role combines hands-on infrastructure with automation and security hardening, across cross‑functional teams.

The position requires relocation to the Madison area with reimbursement, and offers a pathway to support hosting environments, testing platforms, and hosted client systems worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming. PowerShell experience is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms for Epic's staff, customers, and global training programs.
• Blend hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation and security hardening, collaborating across teams.
