IFF is seeking an IT Site Tech in Madison, Wisconsin to provide hands-on support for local offices, ensuring reliable IT services. You will work with the Global Service Desk and Regional IT to resolve incidents, manage hardware deployments, and support site projects.

Qualifications

• ITIL knowledge and experience in service delivery.
• Experience supporting a large-scale workstation, tablet, and smartphone environment with Wireless and LAN.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for local clients and visitors per the Service Catalog.
• Participate in global/regional/local pilot and rollout projects initiated by the global IT organization.
• Manage the workstation compliance dashboard to minimize defects.
• Support site-related activities (budgets, audits, IT contracts and vendor management).
• Advise IT Management to improve services and increase business productivity.
• Procurement and deployment of hardware and software; decommissioning of old assets.
