Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware and key applications, applying patches, enforcing security controls, performing regular backups, managing incidents in Service Now, and updating topology diagrams and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Associate's or equivalent degree required.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and core applications (e.g., AD, SCCM/Post Administration Tool, Travel Document Issuance System, Passport Records Imaging System, Automated Cash Register System).
• Manage security patches, vSphere Installation Bundles (VIBs), and Oracle/SQL databases.
• Enforce security controls per DoS policies including AD administration and security remediation.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, efficiency, and data backups/restores; plan hardware/software upgrades and retirements.
• Log and resolve incidents in the Service Now ticketing system; document configuration changes.
• Maintain site topology diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.
