Empower AI is seeking a Site SA Assistant to deliver on-site services for DoS offices nationwide. You will help install, maintain, and monitor servers, workstations, and related hardware, while supporting key DoS applications and security controls.

The role requires 2+ years of SA/IT experience, a Secret security clearance, and an associate degree or equivalent. Travel and documentation duties are involved as part of the daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site SA services to DoS offices across the U.S. while supporting installation, maintenance, and proactive monitoring of hardware and applications.
• Manage security controls, AD administration, and patching per DoS policies.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in the ticketing system and coordinate hardware/software upgrades.
