Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a related role.
• Associate's or equivalent required.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site SA services to DoS offices nationwide, overseeing hardware and applications.
• Manage security patches, VIBs, and Oracle/SQL databases in alignment with DoS policies.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in the Service Now ticketing system and document changes.
• Maintain up-to-date site topology diagrams, configurations, and documentation.
