Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator (SA) Assistant to provide on-site services across DoS offices in the United States, ensuring robust asset management and operations support. The role includes installation, maintenance, and proactive monitoring of hardware and applications, along with enforcing security controls in line with DoS policies.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience, an Associate's degree or equivalent, and a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Site Systems Administration or similar.
• Associate's or equivalent degree required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site SA services to DoS offices nationwide to manage assets and operations.
• Manage installation, maintenance, monitoring of hardware and applications (AD, SCCM, various DoS systems).
• Enforce security controls per DoS policies including AD, vSphere remediation, and security tools.
• Ensure system confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data backups/restores; coordinate upgrades and retirements.
• Log and resolve incidents and service requests in the ticketing system; maintain topology diagrams and documentation.
