Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator Assistant to provide on-site SA services to DoS offices across the United States. You will support asset management, perform maintenance, patches, and backups, and ensure security controls align with DoS policies.

Responsibilities include managing AD, SCCM, Oracle/SQL databases, maintaining system documentation, and logging incidents in ServiceNow. This role requires 2+ years of experience and a Secret Security Clearance, with a pay band in USD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in site/system administration or similar.
• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site site system administration services for DoS offices.
• Manage hardware and applications, including AD, SCCM, and mission-critical tools.
• Enforce DoS security controls and perform vSphere OS remediation.
• Coordinate backups, restores, purging, and software/hardware upgrades.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow; document configuration changes.
• Monitor system performance and maintain topology diagrams and docs.
