SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Site Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to safely coordinate program activities and supervise both company and temporary staff. The role emphasizes inspections for sanitation and OSHA compliance and strong record-keeping across training, inspections, and metrics.

Key duties include training and supervising employees, coordinating work activities, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May require valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases, Internet, spreadsheets, and word processing software.

Responsabilités

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Maintain records such as training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
