Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the program, including company and temporary staff. Responsibilities include inspections for sanitation and OSHA compliance and supervising daily operations on site.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and may require a valid driver's license and forklift certification. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• May require valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Write routine reports (pass down, weekly, or monthly).
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor PPE usage for safety compliance.
• Report issues to manager and take corrective actions.
