Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program in Atlanta, GA. You will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations, while supervising company and temporary staff.

The role emphasizes training and supervising employees, ensuring safety, tracking supplies and equipment, and maintaining records. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in supervision, safety, and training is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor employees for proper PPE use to ensure safety compliance.
• Report employee and customer issues to manager.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
• Some travel may be required.
