Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Supervisor in Atlanta to safely coordinate program activities and oversee SBM employees and temporary staff. The role requires inspecting areas, equipment, and work conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance.

You will train, supervise, and instruct staff on tasks, safety policies, and procedures, while coordinating work activities and maintaining records. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months to 1 year related experience or training.
• May require valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Prepare written reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Monitor PPE usage and report safety issues.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action.
