Job summary

SBM manages facilities and services on a national scale. The Site Supervisor will coordinate activities for the program, inspect areas and equipment, and ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.

The role includes training and supervising employees, maintaining safety and quality inspections, and communicating with management. Some travel may be required as part of overseeing projects and personnel.

Qualifications

Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to have a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities; track equipment and supplies.
Write routine reports and maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
Ensure safety compliance with PPE usage and OSHA/sanitation standards.
Effectively communicate with customers, contractors, and employees; report issues to management.
