Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor in Denver to safely coordinate program activities, overseeing SBM employees and temporary workers while ensuring sanitation and OSHA compliance.

The role includes training and supervising staff, performing inspections, managing inventories, and producing routine reports. Some travel may be required, with a focus on maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of program employees as assigned
• Train, supervise and instruct in tasks and safety
• Coordinate and monitor work; recommend training and discipline
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, or monthly reports
• Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track supplies and manage inventory
• Ensure proper use of PPE for safety compliance
• Report personnel and customer issues to management
• Correct at-risk behavior and escalate to management
• Recommend corrective actions for improvements
• Maintain records: training, inspections, attendance, metrics
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities
• Some travel may be required
