SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor for the evening shift to coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure safety and sanitation compliance in the Clarksville program. The role requires strong leadership, training ability, and the capacity to handle equipment and inventory tracking.

The position may involve some travel and requires experience with safety rules, reporting, and coaching. A high school diploma or GED is required, and forklift certification is a plus.

Formación

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise activities within the program.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports and pass-downs weekly or monthly.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repair.
• Monitor PPE usage and safety compliance.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metrics.
