SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor on a shift from Thursday to Monday, 12:00PM-8:30PM. The position requires strong supervision, training, and safety inspection capabilities, with travel as needed. The compensation is listed as $70,304 per year.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus; good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, or monthly).
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor proper use of PPE to ensure safety compliance.
• Report employee or customer issues to manager.
• Correct at-risk behavior and report to manager.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities.
• Some travel may be required.
