Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA to coordinate activities within the program and supervise staff, ensuring safety and compliance with sanitation and OSHA standards.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience with a high school diploma or GED; forklift certification and a valid driver’s license may be required. Monday–Friday, 5:00PM–1:30AM, with some travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor work activities within the program.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports such as pass-downs, weekly or monthly.
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions for safety and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records of training, inspections and metrics.
• Drive to multiple work locations as required; some travel may be necessary.
