Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager for Clarksville, TN. The role directs company programs and policy to ensure contractual compliance with customers. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and customer coordination across sites.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years’ experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. A driver’s license and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit and maintain inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Investigate new and promote improved equipment and methods.
• Review service requests to identify cause and address with manager.
• Assist in budgeting and cost reductions.
• Promote services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Inspect plant and evaluate space and facilities.
• Assist with plans, budgets, schedules, bids, and contracts.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Assist in long-range plans and capital outlay for improvements.
• Coordinate program specifications and contracts.
• Compile data for estimates.
• Report on labor hours, overhead, expenses, forecasting.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA).
• Direct supervisory management supporting facilities programs.
• Act as liaison with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintain contract and contractor status databases.
• Review correspondence and respond as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain contractor contact for smooth contract process.
• Attend meetings to communicate with customers and employees.
• Assist with HR concerns and issues.
• Some travel is required.
