Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring an Afternoon Site Supervisor in Wisconsin to coordinate activities within the assigned program, ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.

The role involves supervising employees, providing training, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and reporting to the manager. A high school diploma and forklift certification may be required. The shift is 2:30pm-11pm, Monday–Friday, with some weekends; compensation is $50,000-$55,000.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• May be required to be Forklift Certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitors work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
