Job summary

SBM is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program. You will inspect areas and equipment to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance, train staff, and maintain records of training and inspections.

The role requires coordinating work, tracking inventory, and ensuring proper PPE use. A high school diploma or GED is needed, with related supervisory experience and potential forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a team and safety-driven work.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Monitor PPE use to ensure safety compliance.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas needing improvement.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
• Ensure employees are properly trained on safety requirements.
• Some travel may be required.
