Job summary

Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts
• Maintain and report on financial aspects such as labor hours, overhead, and expenses
• Direct and supervise management engaged in facilities programs
• Act as liaison between SBM, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors
• Conduct meetings to communicate with customers, clients, and employees
• Travel as required for the position
