Job summary

MRO is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at client sites, ensuring compliance with client policies and federal/state regulations. The role coordinates between MRO and client management to maintain timely ROI activities.

Responsibilities include workflow management, coverage planning for peak periods, QA monitoring, performance reviews, and PTO scheduling. A strong emphasis on professional communication and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in health information management, business administration or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow among on-site employees to ensure productivity and quality; adjusts assignments to cover peak periods, leave, and vacancies.
• Provides coverage for backlogs, illness, vacation, or leave of absence of medical record staff at staffed hospital sites.
• Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists’ work performance.
• Conducts productivity and performance reviews for ROI Specialists per policies and laws.
• Monitors performance and approves paid time off and schedules for all staff.
• Promotes a positive image of MRO through courteous interaction with patients and staff; responds to customer needs efficiently.
• Provides support to the Area Manager as needed.
