The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state training/licensing, and at least one year of supervisory security experience. You will interact with clients, manage payroll, incident reports, and post orders while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred; 1 year supervisory security experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset level.
• Inspect staff performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security post orders tasks.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
